I really like the helpful leaflet that came with the item, and the quality and customer service is good. As for long term usage, I got it for joint pain and initially it made me relaxed and eased the pain, but using it over a week didn’t make any difference. I think we are all different, age, size, reasons for use, so each person must find out for them self. But my impression is of a safe quality produce produced with care and high standards. A recommendation in itself.
